No matter the operation, there is always a concern around what to do with the waste generated. Firgure 8 Environmental’s goal is to turn a negative into a positive with sustainable, less expensive, and more efficient operations. Helping their customers gain access to clean reusable water, reduced odor, and elimination of composting/windrow labor and lagoon clean out. As well as increasing their revenue streams by getting paid for carbon credits, digester tipping fees, selling biogas, bioammonia or bio fertilizers all while reducing regulatory and liability concerns.

Chemical flocculation technologies remove the non-dissolved particles from the waste stream typically resulting in irrigation quality “tea water”:

  • Produces a clay like cake which is high in phosphorus and with significant amounts of organic nitrogen.
  • Supported technologies include belt presses, centrifuges, dissolved air flotation systems and others; all requiring flocculants to achieve high rates of solids removal
